I recently purchased a used R1200RT from European Motorcycles of Western Oregon and had a wonderful experience. Mickey York handled the sale. Mickey was professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and best of all, he did an excellent job of representing me, the customer. Most sales people that I run into are incompetent, lazy and shady. They often know less about the product they are selling than I do. Not the case for Mickey and the EMoWO staff. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer to the store.

A shout out to Jason McKay and his crew in the Service Department. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate the time and effort they put forth in order to provide me with superb service. Keep up the work of excellence. You are one in a million. Thank you.

Klarissa did a great job helping me buy a new 2017 BMW R1200RT. She was very professional, courteous, fair, and patient. Her orientation on the RT and the sales paperwork was well-explained. I look forward to meeting the technicians in the Service Dept for scheduled maintenance recommended by BMW.

Please use this as feedback if you want The buying experience I had from start to finish at European Motorcycles of Western Oregon was wonderful. I felt the staff and sales people really cared about me (the customer) and not just about the money.I mostly enjoyed dealing with sales person Klarissa, she was very helpful in setting this whole thing up. Which started with a very generous discount for my recent successful completion of Team Oregon Safety Class and the prompt creation of the purchase order for my credit union to approve, all the way to having everything ready to go when I came in to pick up the bike (I came to Eugene on a four hour train trip from Klamath Falls). Because of this sales persons positive attitude, professional attention to detail and prompt response time it was overall a very positive experience (not to mention the very SWEET BMW R1100RT motorcycle I now own).I would gladly buy from or have my new-to-me BMW serviced at your company in the future. I had the best experience ever!! I did not even have to go in to the dealership. My husband had been dreaming about getting a Ducati for over a year now and I decided to surprise him. I called Euro Cycles and Herm answered the phone and I told him that I wanted a buy a Ducati Hypermotard. He helped me every step of the way from financing, signing and insurance without any hassle and I spent less than 30 minutes of my time making my husbands’ dream come true. He delivered the bike on Christmas Eve with a BIG red bow and what a surprise!! There were tears of joy in my husband’s eyes as he exclaimed, ” I thought this only happened in commercials.”

I have Purchased two motorcycles from Euro Cycles the first a BMW F800R then last year a BMW S1000R. The staff is simply the best I’ve ever dealt with and truly do make it a great experience. I dealt primarily with Micheal Schulze both times but Jason Vogel, Shawn, Daryl, the parts department and service department managed by Corey are second to none and have always addressed my needs. Just an example, when I was interested in a BMW S1000 R Jason and Micheal saw to it that I could take a lengthy test ride to determine if it would satisfy my riding needs and style. I have been riding motorcycles for 49 years and never have I had such a wonderful experience at a dealership. Thanks for that Euro Cycle and your entire staff… Gary

Thanks Joe and Mike for the best buying experience ever. Found and purchased my RSV4 RF on their website and over the phone. Joe was straightforward about everything and there were no surprises. Mike and Joe had all the paperwork, tags and the bike ready to go when I arrived. I could not have been happier with the whole process and thanks for helping me load the bike on my truck. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Well worth the 3 hour drive to get there. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a euro brand cycle to shop with them first! Great overall experience, all staff were excellent. My rocket 3 is the best bike Ive ever owned. They gave me a great trade in on my vehicle. They even gave me a bonus for being a vet. I highly recommend this dealer and triumph overall.

I bought my 2nd bike; a Ducati ‘Monster’ at Nashville Motos just over a week ago. Doing business with these guys was a pleasure! Glenn went out of his way to help me out. He scheduled a few test rides for me, and the bikes were ready when I arrived there. The financing/paperwork was quick and easy. After the ink dried; Chandler found a clerical error, and he cut the price by a substantial amount to make it right. Great service, friendly people, & fair sales practices. – Marshall B
